When to use this
When home setup, not knowledge, is what limits an athlete's eating — usually after a 'we know what to eat, it just doesn't happen' conversation.
- An athlete who skips food after school because nothing easy is visible.
- Body talk creeping into family meals.
- A house with no meal rhythm during a heavy training block.
