Breakfast
Start the Day with Real Food
A bowl of oatmeal with fruit and nut butter, or eggs with toast and fruit. Add milk or yogurt for protein and a glass of water.
Dinner
Finish the Day Balanced
A plate with a carb (rice, pasta, potatoes), a protein, and vegetables.Eat to appetite — an easy day is not a reason to cut the plate short.
Lunch
A Balanced Plate
A sandwich or wrap with a lean protein, plus fruit and something crunchy. Or leftovers from last night — rice or pasta with protein and veg.
