Aspire Daily Fueling
When the schedule is packed, the food system has to get simpler and faster, not disappear.
Busy athletes do not need more nutrition theory. They need fast food routines that survive school, commuting, and practice.
Busy athletes need simpler systems, not less fuel.
Do this:
Try this week: Eat the same fast breakfast, like a bagel with peanut butter, five school days in a row.
Not true: no time means no breakfast. A bagel and peanut butter takes one minute.
Start with the food category. Tap a package for one recognizable brand example, then swap within the category for access, tolerance, culture, budget, and allergens.

| Slot | Default 1 | Default 2 | Default 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Breakfast | Bagel and peanut butter | Yogurt and granola | Overnight oats |
| Lunch | Wrap or sandwich | Leftovers | Cheese, crackers, fruit |
| Bag snack | Granola bar | Pretzels | Applesauce pouch |
| After practice | Chocolate milk | PB&J | Rotisserie chicken and rice |

Decision fatigue is real for a teenager running first period to practice; repeatable defaults remove the choice, and food that requires no choice actually gets eaten.
The afternoon session runs on glycogen built from breakfast, lunch, and the bag snack; when the schedule deletes one, the workout runs on stress hormones and fades early.
No-cook meals matter because the meal that needs a recipe at nine at night does not happen; rotisserie chicken and microwave rice do.
When to use this
When the schedule, not the knowledge, is what keeps breaking the athlete's eating.

Where to go next
From one handout to a repeatable team system
Coach: Open the matching week, deliver the team talk, assign the staff owner, and verify the written action.
Family: Send the editable family message, share the handout, and keep the same next action visible in the family portal.
