I built a nutrition system specifically for cross country and track programs — youth through college (middle school, high school, club, and college). I've coached at every level, worked in school kitchens, and saw what's actually realistic at 6 AM before a long run.
Too many athletes train like pros but eat like they're winging it. They fade in the last mile. They suffer repeat stress fractures. They battle "mystery fatigue" that no amount of sleep can fix.
The problem isn't their training. It's their fuel.
Your school might have a district sports dietitian. That's great. But here's what I bring that they often can't:

Most stress fractures in young runners aren't just "overtraining"—they're under-fueling. With proper iron protocols, calcium timing, and energy availability education, these injuries can be significantly mitigated. That's what I teach coaches and athletes to implement.
