Supplements become a warning-sign problem when the athlete is chasing speed, leanness, or recovery promises that the real food, training, and medical plan has not addressed yet.

Low Risk (Green)
One evidence-based question with no secrecy, no stimulant chase, and no body-pressure angle.
Action: keep the conversation evidence-based and food-first.
Moderate Concern (Yellow)
Multiple products, unclear reasons, or supplement use replacing meals, sleep, or proper follow-up.
Action: slow the athlete down and review the bigger health problem before anything else gets added.
High Risk (Red)
Fat burners, stimulant stacks, hidden products, or supplement use tied to severe health decline or unsafe behavior.
Action: stop the product pattern and move to same-day guardian or clinician support when the risk looks acute.

- No improvement in the real problem even while product use expands.

- Do not casually hand out supplement recommendations to solve complex problems.
