Creatine can support power work for some jumpers, but the athlete has to weigh possible performance upside against body-feel and event-specific preference.

Use this rule
Use creatine for jumpers only when the athlete wants a calm training-block trial and is comfortable weighing power support against body-feel and runway confidence.
Creatine reminders
A small tradeoff in feel may matter more in jump events than in other event groups.
Consistency beats dramatic cycling.
If the athlete hates it, the plan is probably wrong.
Next action
Check whether the athlete is entering a real strength or repeat-power block.
Ask whether body feel or small scale changes are likely to bother the athlete.
If it fits, run a calm training-block trial instead of a meet-season experiment.
What not to do
Do not push creatine on a jumper who already hates the idea or feels off with it.Do not start a trial close to an important meet.Do not let supplement talk outrank jump sessions, lift quality, and recovery basics.
For jumpers, creatine is a fit decision, not an automatic yes.
