Parent Access gives one household the family dashboard, Race Week Planner, Daily Fuel Log, calculators and screeners, the private Parent Board, the monthly parent huddle, and the guide library. Coach-only systems stay inside Program Access.

Is the annual plan a 12-month term?

Yes. Parent Access annual billing covers 12 months from checkout for one household. Program Access is also sold as a 12-month term for one XC or track program. Parent Access also has a month-to-month option.

How does Parent Access handle athlete-specific inputs like metabolic rate?

The relevant tools use athlete details such as body size, training load, practice schedule, and sport to build targets. If you already have measured REE, RMR, or TEE from metabolic testing, Aspire lets you enter that as the energy anchor in those tools. It is still guidance, not diagnosis or a fully custom clinical meal plan.

Does Program Access include individual family logins?

No. Program Access is the coach and program plan. It gives staff the weekly curriculum system, curriculum support tools, shareable handouts, coach support, and team huddle access. Families that want their own login, Parent Board access, and household tools choose Parent Access separately.

Where does 1:1 coaching fit?

1:1 coaching is separate support for more complex situations or when a family wants individualized follow-up beyond the membership tools.
