Program Access is the full implementation plan. It gives staff the coach workspace, playbooks, handouts, rollout tools, roster Parent Access with Household Kitchen, and bounded Ask the Dietitian support. A live session is included only when a future session is explicitly confirmed.

Program Access renews annually at $250. The account shows its term and renewal status, and you can cancel before the renewal date.
Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the year you paid for stays open to its end date. See cancellation and refunds.
