Every week follows the same simple rhythm: choose the right season, open the topic, use the message, use the talk, share the handoff. No coach should be rebuilding nutrition communication from scratch.
Choose the starting move
Most coaches should open the saved current week immediately. Season tuning is only for a true Week 1 reset, and the bigger-picture preview is there if you want context first.
Teach this week
Use the ready week first so the family note, team talk, and handoff are already aligned for this week.
Quick start: open current weekBrand-new season only
Open setup only when your saved starting point should truly move back to Week 1 for a fresh season launch.

Review the whole coach workflow first if you want the broader system before you open the week in front of you.

Use Runner Fueling Lab when the goal is one public prompt, safer nutrition language, and a free-first starting point before a coach is ready to inspect the full paid workflow.
If Skool opens logged out again, send them straight into this week's public thread for the checked school-day prompt before you ask them to inspect the full coach curriculum.
Week 1 is for brand-new season launches. Most coaches should open the current saved week first and run one weekly module at a time.
Quick start is current week. Only start at Week 1 when launching a brand-new season and your saved defaults intentionally begin there.
Step 1
Start in the curriculum index, not a generic playbook. Summer XC, Fall XC, Indoor / Winter, and Outdoor Track each have their own 12-week path.

Every module is already built. Open the current live week first, then move forward in order. The weekly topic, full note, quick-share version, team talk, checklists, FAQ, and handoff should all be in one place.
Quick start: open current weekStep 3
Use the full family note when you want the longer household version. Make any quick edits, replace the team name, and use it.
Step 4
If you need a shorter version for Remind or TeamSnap, use the quick-share note. At practice, give the 2-5 minute team talk that matches the same topic.
Step 5
Open the linked handout or tool for that week. Print it, share it, or use it with athletes so the message actually turns into action.
Step 6
That is the system. New topic, same rhythm. Move forward week by week from your current live week. Tune season defaults only when your saved starting point is wrong.
