1:1 Support
Personalized support for fueling, recovery, labs, performance, and harder nutrition issues when you need more than a tool or handout.
Start with the free consult when you want to see whether 1:1 support is the right fit. If you already know you need paid support, the live Practice Better menu is one click away.
This is a high-touch service. It's best suited for:
High school athletes looking to bridge the gap from "good" to "elite" by optimizing recovery.
Athletes trying to break into the top 7 or secure a scholarship spot.
You train hard but feel flat. You suspect low iron or RED-S and need a medical professional to guide you.
Adults balancing training with a 9-5 who need a fueling strategy that fits real life.
Choose the level of support that fits your goals, ranging from our comprehensive 12-week system to highly personalized clinical 1:1 coaching.
The live Practice Better menu already publishes these four public options. The site now hands off directly into that exact flow.
Four 30-minute check-ins inside the live Practice Better package, plus meal-plan adjustments, race-specific fueling support, and between-session follow-up.
A full 60-minute assessment for labs, RED-S concerns, injury recovery, and deeper race-fueling work, with personalized recommendations and written follow-up.
Targeted support for race week, heavy training blocks, recovery, or a specific problem that does not need a full intake.
A short fit check to decide whether the right next step is the monthly package, a full consult, or a shorter session.
We meet via Zoom/Google Meet. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email. All documents and plans are shared via our secure coaching portal.
For monthly clients, we use a dedicated messaging app for quick questions ("Is this snack okay?") between our scheduled video calls.
There is no long-term contract for monthly coaching. Most athletes stay for a full season (3-4 months) to see real biological changes in ferritin/energy levels.
I am based in Mountain Time (CO), but work with athletes across all US time zones. Early morning and evening slots are available to fit school/work schedules.
