Choose the level of support that fits your goals, ranging from our comprehensive 12-week system to highly personalized clinical 1:1 coaching.
We review your training logs, medical history, bloodwork, and current diet. You leave with a concrete Action Plan.
Only available after assessment. We execute the plan, adjusting for race weeks, travel, and training load changes.
We meet via Zoom/Google Meet. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email. All documents and plans are shared via our secure coaching portal.
For monthly clients, we use a dedicated messaging app for quick questions ("Is this snack okay?") between our scheduled video calls.
There is no long-term contract for monthly coaching. Most athletes stay for a full season (3-4 months) to see real biological changes in ferritin/energy levels.
I am based in Mountain Time (CO), but work with athletes across all US time zones. Early morning and evening slots are available to fit school/work schedules.
